Browsing this website

Google Analytics loads only if you accept optional analytics cookies. It measures page visits, successful inquiry-form submissions and clicks on WhatsApp, phone and email links. Contact-link clicks do not confirm that a conversation occurred. We do not send your inquiry text, name, email address or telephone number to Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. You can decline analytics or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to six months.

Google processes analytics information such as browser and device details and approximate location derived from your connection. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. See how Google uses information from websites . Declining analytics does not prevent browsing or contacting Dalila.

Campaign labels included in a link are temporarily kept in this browser tab, with a 30-minute expiry, to preserve the link source when you open the inquiry form. Ordinary browsing does not extend that period. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website.

Contacting Dalila

When you submit the contact form, your contact details, message, property interest and any campaign context are saved in a private database hosted by Neon. Authorized team members can view your inquiry to respond and record whether it has been followed up. Resend sends an email notification to the designated inquiry inbox; delivery status is recorded so a failed notification can be investigated. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. These services process information needed to operate and protect the form.

A copy of your inquiry and any campaign labels is also sent to Caught, the private reporting workspace used by the website support team to review inquiries and their recorded sources. Access is restricted to authorized operators. A deletion request must be handled in both the website inbox and Caught because they keep separate records.

WhatsApp is a separate option. Email, telephone and WhatsApp links open external services with their own privacy practices.

Listings represent a selected collection. Property specifications, prices and availability require confirmation with Dalila. Project images may be architectural renderings.
